Owner Project Management
The Owner Project Manager is an extremely critical role in the life of a
project. The OPM acts on behalf of the Owner to oversee the entire project, looking out for their best interest. The OPM offers valuable input to the Owner for both design and construction issues. The OPM will work under a separate contract, hired by the Owner. An Owner’s Project Manager is very different from the other team members in that they work solely for the Owner.
Project Management Consulting
Sometimes General Contracting companies find themselves in need of a project manager, and CBC can provide that consulting service to help oversee their job as an executive PM. This could entail overseeing schedule, working directly with the client, coordination with the architect and engineers and overall coordination.
Third-Party Drawing Reviews
CBC has extensive experience in the architectural and design field and can provide an "outside look" to review architectural and engineering drawing coordination. Finding potential coordination issues early can help prevent any type of cost impact on the client during the project. We help you look at the whole picture, including design and constructibility to be sure your project can be built with minimal questions from the contractors.
